G-Wiz Youth Experiences are structured, zone-based adventures where young people from schools, courts, and community programs come to the ranch, engage with real career environments, and leave with early exposure that changes early decisions. Every participant receives a one-year subscription to the AdvisingGenz platform to continue career exploration after the event ends.
01 - Social Enrichment Regional Summit
Y.L.I.T. Regional Career Summit
Multi-industry activation pulling youth from 5–20 school districts and youth-serving organizations across a region. Students rotate through 4–6 adventure zones staffed by Workforce Innovation Partners, professionals who show up with their tools, their team, and their honest account of what it takes to do what they do. 50–300 students per event.

02 - Day Camp
Community Service & Career Exposure Day
Justice-involved youth earn community service hours through meaningful manual work and structured career exposure on the ranch. One company, one industry focus, one full day. Students work alongside real professionals, experience what a career in that field actually looks like, and leave with hours that count, and exposure that sticks.
Held at G-Wiz Adventures at Bison Ranch · Minimum 2 per year · 20–60 students per camp
