The Partnership Behind G-Wiz

Two Organizations.
One Vision.

G-Wiz Adventures was built through a partnership between two distinct organizations, each bringing something the other couldn't build alone.

FCCP Property Management Group

FCCP Property Management Group is a global family-owned real estate conglomerate with connections to an 80-nation development network, owning and managing two commercial properties in Wise County, Texas: Bison Ranch & Retreats and Twin Hill Marina.

Through FCCP's international development network, G-Wiz partnerships extend to Hyderabad, Nigeria, Cameroon, South Africa, England, Canada, Mexico, and Portugal; creating study-abroad pipelines, sustainable building simulations, and cross-continental workforce exchanges that transform Wise County into a classroom of the world.

G-Wiz Adventures operates out of Bison Ranch & Retreats, a 215-acre luxury working ranch in Wise County, Texas, formerly owned by the Dairy Queen family. The Development Council reports directly to FCCP and the AGZ Board of Directors.
