About G-Wiz Development council

Purpose & Overview

The G-Wiz Adventures Development Council is being established under Advising Generation Z (AGZ) in partnership with FCCP Property Management Group.

This leadership council will guide the build-out of a five-phase STEAM development project located inside the historic 215-acre Bison Ranch & Retreats in Wise County, Texas — a luxury farm once owned by the Dairy Queen family and now one of two commercial properties owned by FCCP Property Management Group.

The 35-acre G-Wiz site will serve as Texas’s first agriculture-based intervention and workforce hub, connecting education, justice, and industry to engage the NEET Generation (“No to Education, Employment, or Training”).

Council members will lend their expertise to help design programs, cultivate partnerships, and shape the vision for Phases 1 and 2 of development.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are inviting ten (10) senior-level professionals with 20 or more years of experience in their respective fields to serve as subject-matter experts on the G-Wiz Adventures Development Council. Members may live anywhere in the U.S. or abroad but must demonstrate strong professional or organizational ties to North Texas, Louisiana, or Oklahoma through current or previous projects, contracts, or corporate affiliations.
