Total Council Seats
The G-Wiz Adventures Development Council is being established under Advising Generation Z Foundation in partnership with FCCP Property Management Group. Council members lend their expertise to guide the build-out across Phases 1 and 2, designing programs, cultivating partnerships, and shaping the vision for a project that has never been done before.
Council members report jointly to FCCP Property Management Group and the AGZ Board of Directors. This is a voluntary, unpaid appointment with reimbursement, lodging perks, and leadership recognition as funding becomes available after Year 1.

Seat 01
Education Leadership
District administrators, curriculum directors, or college faculty with experience in secondary and higher education career readiness programming.
Seat 02
Juvenile Justice & Behavioral Intervention
Judges, probation directors, or program leaders with experience redirecting justice-involved youth through structured intervention.
Seat 03
Mental Health & Healthcare Leadership
Clinicians or community health administrators with experience serving high-needs youth and families in justice, school, or community settings.
Seat 04
Agriculture & Animal Science
Agriculture innovation leaders, livestock management professionals, or horticulture experts to guide the Legendary Gardens and Animal Encounters zones.
Seat 05
STEAM & Technology
Engineering, design, sustainability, STEM education, data science, or cybersecurity professionals to guide the Media Studio and Workforce Simulations.
Seat 06
Business, Finance & Fund Development
Entrepreneurship, corporate strategy, or fund development leaders to support partnership development and long-term financial sustainability.
Seat 07
Workforce & Economic Development
Policy leaders, HR executives, or manufacturing experts with experience building regional talent pipelines and workforce development strategy.

Creative Industries & Media
Communications, film, production, or public relations professionals to guide the G-Wiz Media Studio and content development strategy.
Seat 09
Hospitality & Culinary Arts
Restaurant, hotel, food systems, or culinary industry professionals to guide the Cooking Studio and hospitality career pathway programming.

Energy & Infrastructure
Energy sector, construction, or civil engineering professionals to guide the Workforce Simulations zone and infrastructure career pathways.
Seat 11
International Development
Professionals with experience in international partnerships, study-abroad programming, or global workforce development to guide FCCP's 80-nation network integration.
Seat 12
Transportation & Logistics
Transportation, supply chain, or logistics professionals to guide career pathway programming for one of the most urgent workforce shortage industries in the country.
Seat 13
Healthcare & Wellness
Healthcare administrators, wellness professionals, or public health leaders to guide the therapeutic learning components and healthcare career pathway zones.
Seat 14
Community & Civic Leadership
Faith leaders, elected officials, community foundation executives, or civic leaders with strong ties to North Texas, Louisiana, or Oklahoma who can advance the statewide model.
Time Commitment
Meetings
4 per year, 2 in-person at Bison Ranch & Retreats, 2 virtual (approx. 3 hours each)
Monthly Engagement
Minimum 8 hours per month, networking, representing, or completing assigned tasks
Y.L.I.T. Support
Attend at least one Y.L.I.T. work camp per year, supporting youth on the ranch
Joint Sessions
Up to 2 annual joint sessions with AGZ Board and FCCP investors to align progress
