Support Advising Generation Z’s 501(c)(3) and FCC Property Management Group as they co-host the Young Leaders-in-Training (Y.L.I.T.) Builders Camp Series at Bison Ranch & Retreats — a 35-acre educational and workforce exposure hub for youth.

These quarterly, hands-on camps offer first-time, low-risk youth offenders ages 10–22 a second chance to earn community service hours, develop entry-level job skills, and take part in building the future of G-Wiz Adventures. Through mentorship, tools, meals, and guided construction or creative projects, campers gain meaningful enrichment while contributing to something bigger than themselves.

This initiative is part of the Discipline Reimagined Journey (DRJ) — a cultural transformation effort that brings youth-serving organizations, educators, and justice agencies together across sectors to design restorative, community-based solutions for youth in need of guidance, not punishment.
